As part of the evidence based model; practitioners are supposed to conduct and record six: twenty-minute interviews of them performing the skills of M.I. These recordings are then sent to a “Coder” to analyze the practitioner’s ability in performing an interview utilizing the spirit and techniques of M.I. The Coder, after listening to the recordings, will critic the interview and provide a feedback evaluation on areas of improvement.
